The Governments of Antigua and Barbuda, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines have received financing in the amount of US$10 million equivalent from the World Bank towards the cost of establishing a partial credit guarantee scheme, and they intend to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, and consulting services to be procured under this project.

Programme for the Support for Health System Strengthening for prevention and control of
outbreaks of Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases in the Caribbean, is seeking to engage a consultant to Ā develop one (1) new online training course for the Tourism and Health Programme, which will be hosted on CARPHA Moodle LMS.

The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (āthe Servicesā) include_
To develop the competency-based Level III CR-FELTP curriculum using a blended modality targeted towards public health care professionals working in the Caribbean Region. The services are expected to take seven (7) months to complete and are scheduled for the year 2021.
The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (āthe Servicesā) include the services of a technical expert to support curriculum development and the accreditation process for CR-FELTP courses. The services are expected to take three (3) years to complete and are scheduled for the year 2021.

As the world grapples with the challenge of controlling the COVID-19 pandemic, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) is deeply concerned at the current prospect of inequitable access to vaccines to address the pandemic, especially for frontline workers and vulnerable populations.
The reality is that small states will find it difficult to compete in the market place to ensure equitable access for vaccines.
