Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Mr Edwin Carrington has issued an "all hands on deck" call, as the Community prepares to face the challenges of the twenty-first century.
The finalists in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secondary Schools Debating Competition, highlight activity for the 25th Anniversary of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will be announced tomorrow Friday 26 February 1999.
Two semi finals will take place simultaneously in Dominica and Trinidad and Tobago. The host countries will face St. Kitts and Nevis and The Bahamas respectively. In Dominica, the competition will take place at the Arawak House of Culture in Roseau while in Trinidad and Tobago, it will take place at the San Fernando Technical Institute.
