The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) received financing from the European Union towards the cost of implementation of a project “11th EDF Natural Disaster Facility in the CARIFORUM “Caribbean Regional Indicative Programme”. CDEMA intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued. The objective of the Consultancy is to undertake an assessment to determine strategies for advancing the CDM Blueprint implementation in nine (9) CDEMA PS. The Consultancy will also facilitate high-level consultations and the design of interventions to address the barriers.
