The PANCAP Social Contracting Toolkit is a reference document designed to be used by Governments and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in CARICOM member countries in the roll out of social contracting mechanisms as a sustainable approach to service delivery for HIV services. 

Examples of existing partnerships between governments and CSOs or the private sector are referenced as part of understanding the national landscape of financing options at the country level.

This document aims to provide a road map for adolescent health and well-being with recommendations and implementation considerations for policymakers and planners in Member States to develop adolescent-centred, evidence-based strategies for addressing adolescent health. What is PANCAP?

The Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS, PANCAP, was established by a Declaration of CARICOM Heads of Government on 14 February 2001 in response to the threat of HIV to sustainable human development.

PANCAP is a Caribbean regional partnership of governments, regional civil society organisations, regional institutions and organisations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and contributing donor partners.
