The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), with funding from the 11th EDF Programme for the Support for Health System Strengthening for prevention and control of outbreaks of Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases in the Caribbean, is seeking to engage a consultant to gain a better understanding of the population’s knowledge, attitudes and practices associated with Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases (MBDs) in six (6) CMS, that could be used to (i) further inform CARPHA of facilitators and barriers to implementing a community-based Vector Borne Disease public education campaign, and (ii) inform policies and strategies to reduce the spread of Zika, ChikV and Dengue.
