The objective of this assignment is for a Consultant to assist the government to articulate for Fort Charlotte_ A Sustainable Business Plan for the period 2020 - 2030, for its management and optimal operation, as well as for marketing, financing, and commercialization which will support the development of tourism activities and services at and around the site, that is gender inclusive and results in increased tourism spending.
