CONSULTANCY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO MEMBER STATES TO HARMONISE COMPANIES AND INSOLVENCY LAWS AND INSTRUMENTS FOR THE MUTUAL RECOGNITION OF COMPANIES

The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat intends to award a service contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Provide Assistance to Member States to Harmonise Companies and Insolvency Laws and Instruments for the Mutual Recognition of Companies. The contract will be implemented throughout Member States (subject to COVID 19 restrictions) with an operational base in Georgetown, Guyana, with financial assistance from 11 th European Development Fund.
