An informal mini-Ministerial Meeting was held in New Delhi , India on September 3-4 2009 under the theme “Re-Energising Doha – A Commitment to Development”. The purpose of meeting was to help WTO member states to agree on a more concrete action plan to conclude the Doha Round.  The following are some of the meeting documents which were circulated during the two day summit.
