Expression of Interest - Production of Public Education Campaign Materials for Awareness, Attitude, and Behaviour Change to Prevent Inter-personal Violence.

The Government of Guyana has received financing from the Inter‐American Development Bank, toward the cost of the Citizen Security Strengthening Programme (CSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Services – Production of Public Education Campaign Materials for Awareness, Attitude, and Behaviour Change to Prevent Inter-personal violence.

 

The objectives of the consultancy services (herein after referred to as “the Services”) include, Stimulating and facilitating social change at both local and national levels in the promotion of non-violent inter-personal relations through the production of a suite of communication interventions.

 

The Project Executing Unit of the CSSP now invites eligible consulting Firms (herein after referred to as “Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.

 

Interested firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required relevant experience to perform the Services. The following should be included in the application_

  1. Cover Letter
  2. Brief Background of the Firm which should reflect whether the firm has undertaken similar assignments.

 

Short lists shall comprise six (6) firms with a wide geographic spread, with no more than two firms from any one country.

 

Consulting Firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Inter-American Development Bank_ Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2350-9 and is open to all eligible Consultants as defined in the policies. Specifically, for this consultancy selection will be in accordance with the principles of Quality- and Cost- Based Selection (QCBS) method.
