The overall objective of this assignment is to support the CARIFORUM Member States — through a qualified pool of experts — with the delivery of professional on-demand technical services (advisory, technical assistance and support) in the areas of energy policy, regulation and electric utility services of member states related to their sustainable energy transition.
The pool of experts will support member states in the development of an enabling environment, which includes inter alia, the proliferation of a conducive legislative and regulatory environment that supports renewable energy and energy efficiency and the long-term development of and transition to sustainable energy. The support will be provided via 2 separate expert pools_ Government agency services support (pool 1) and Regulatory agency/electric utility services support (pool 2).
