The CARICOM Development Fund is establishing the Credit Risk Abatement Facility (“CRAF”) to encourage additional lending to small and medium-size entities (“SMEs”) for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. This consultancy envisages the design, development and deployment of a web-based software solution (the “CRAF Portal” or “Portal”) that will facilitate applications for and payment of Credit Risk Instruments, as well as provision of related Technical Assistance to lenders, SMEs and related parties. . The engagement requires the Contractor (which is expected to be a firm, with relevant experts) to review available documents and provide the following Services_
a) Development and deployment of the solution;
b) Project Management for the assignment (from the Contractor’s side);
c) System Planning, Implementation, Integration, and stabilization (testing and bug fixing) and deployment of the Portal to the production environment;
d) Training;
e) Warranty (for at least 12 months); and
f) Post Warranty support;
