The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS), with funding from the Kingdom of Spain, is seeking to procure equipment for the Expansion of the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) in CARICOM Member States.
The objective of the project is to strengthen the security of the borders of the CARICOM Member States by expanding the existing Advance Passenger Information system (APIS) through improved technologies, capacity development and training.

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has secured project preparation funding from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Project Preparation Facility (PPF) to develop a full funding proposal for a project titled, “Building the Adaptive Capacity of Sugarcane Farmers in Northern Belize”.
The Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE), an institution of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), is seeking an Information Technology Knowledge Management Expert to develop the CARICOM Energy Knowledge Hub as an integrated information repository. The CARICOM Energy Knowledge Hub (CEKH), currently hosted on CARICOM Energy’s website, will carry out information and knowledge management functions to provide decision-making support to actors in the sustainable energy transition in the region.
The Objective of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals for the provision of and facilitate the selection of a suitable contractor to provide travel management services for the CCREEE as below. –
The travel management services are to be provided in respect of the following_
Mission related regional and international travel for the staff of or consultants working with the CCREEE;
Mission related regional and international travel for other individuals as may from time to time be instructed by the CCREEE.
The overall objective of the Auditor’s engagement is to_
Obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements of the Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE) as a whole are free from material misstatements, whether due to error or fraud, thereby enabling the Auditor to express an opinion on whether the financial statements are prepared in all material respects in accordance with IPSAS;
A key objective of the project is to ensure a socio-economic benefit for The Bahamas. That objective is to require the successful Vendor/implementer to either establish a presence in The Bahamas or to partner with an existing firm already established here so as to facilitate the transfer of knowledge. It is expected that the community supervision of offenders will be greatly improved and that this will lead to improvements in public safety in The Bahamas.
