The objective of the study is to assess the economic contribution of the cultural/creative industries in CARICOM, to identify the factors constraining the global competitiveness of the sector, and to analyse the trade and investment issues with a view to formulating a strategic action plan for the development of the sector.

What is it?
The Jagdeo Initiative is a strategy for removing constraints to the development of agriculture in the Caribbean. It builds upon past regional efforts to develop a Common Agricultural Policy, CAP and identifies ten key binding constraints faced by the sector.
