The Government of Guyana has received financing from the Inter‐American Development Bank, towards the cost of the Citizen Security Strengthening Programme (CSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Services – Consultancy service to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation of the Citizen Security Strengthening Programme (CSSP)
The Ministry of Public Works, Water Resource Management and Ports (MPW) wishes to procure the services of contractors for the Roseau Enhancement Project- Phase Two.
This Project will be implemented by the Technical Services Division of the Ministry of Public Works, Water Resource Management and Ports. The Chief Technical Officer and/or a designated officer or Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project activities including tender administration and supervision of the contract.

Assignment Title_ Consultancy for the Audits of
The Government of Guyana through the Ministry of Social Protection and the Inter-American Development Bank signed a Technical Cooperation (TC) Agreement to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Guyana Social Safety Net to effectively deliver social assistance programs to the vulnerable population. Specifically, the program will seek to improve the system to identify and provide assistance to the target population, as well as to improve the management and administration of social assistance programs.
Parties to the United Nations Convention Biological Diversity are required by Article 26 of the Convention to submit national reports to the Conference of the Parties on measures taken for the implementation of the Convention and their effectiveness in meeting the objectives of the Convention.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Convention, the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica is seeking for a consultant or team of consultants to prepare the 6th National Report.
Consultancy service to provide training on domestic violence scenario response for the Guyana Police Force (GPF)
Responding to the increasing calls from the public, NGOs and other stakeholders in the region and amidst the changing global environment, the CARICOM Conference of Heads of Government at its Twenty-Fifth Inter-Sessional Meeting convened in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 10 -11 March 2014, mandated the establishment of a Commission to interrogate the issue of possible reform to the legal regimes regulating cannabis/ marijuana in CARICOM countries.
This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. IDB990-07/16 of July 26, 2016.
