The Tenth Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community was held at Grand Anse, Grenada, from 3-7 July 1989. The Ninth Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community was held at Deep Bay, Antigua and Barbuda from 4 to 8 July 1988. For the second successive year, and the second time in the history of the Conference, all member States were represented at the level of their Heads of Government.
