I join Madame Chair in welcoming you all to this High Level Advocacy Forum on Statistics.

Today is a day of special significance in CARIFORUM/European Union Relations. We will experience the many dimensions of that relationship. We will first witness the signature of a Country Strategy Paper (CSP) between the European Commission and Antigua and Barbuda, a Member State of CARIFORUM.

It is a great pleasure to be here today and to have this opportunity to engage with you in this Dialogue on Regional Integration and further integration.
I want to extend special thanks to the Prime Minister and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda for their hosting of this meeting and also to thank all those who have been instrumental in its organisation. |
