The Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE) is currently establishing its strategic long-term planning framework. In this context, UNIDO and CCREEE are desirous of engaging a professional service provider to develop the 2019-2023 Business Plan and Action Plan for Implementation. The envisaged business model of the centre is based on mobilization of resources from climate and development funds, fee-for-services and RE&EE project development, deployment and operations.

The Caribbean Community (CARIOCM), intends to award a service contract for a consultancy for the Evaluation of the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) by CARICOM with Technical Support of PAHO/ WHO.  The intended purpose of this contract is to assess CARPHA’s role and performance to date in addressing its mandate and in particular, meeting the technical cooperation needs of its Member States. The evaluation findings will serve to inform the future strategic direction for CARPHA and determine the required support for the Agency to fulfil its role and mandate.

United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and under the Paris Agreement
– to avert the risks and impacts of climate change and to reduce national GHG emissions.
