Vendors are invited to submit a Technical and a Financial Proposal, for services required for the development and maintenance of a website for the Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency (CAHFSA). The proposal will be the basis for a contract with the Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency.
The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) intends to award a supply contract for Supply of IT, GIS, GPS, Surveying and Climate data collection Hardware and Software Tools to Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla and the OECS Commission (Saint Lucia) with financial assistance from the DCI-ENV programme of the European Union.
The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of the Implementation of DevInfo and Strengthening Capacity to Manage for Results Project and intends to apply the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.Β Payments by CDB will be made only at the request of the CARICOM and upon approval by CDB, and will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Financing Agreement.Β The Financing Agreement prohibits withdrawal from the financing account for the
