The Project Coordinator will work closely with participating ministries within the GoSVG, and with the World Bank project team. The Project Coordinator will organize and plan project implementation activities and will manage project staff efforts in project development and planning, preparation, and execution. The Project Coordinator shall also be responsible for ensuring project activities are conducted in accordance with GoSVG and World Bank requirements.
The overall objectives of the consultancy are to :
Lot 1_ Buccament - Provide an updated assessment of the hydrological / hydraulic conditions in the Vermont – Buccament catchment area and to develop a design for remedial works to ensure that the resulting system will provide long-term protection of public infrastructure from flooding and damage from the Buccament River;
Lot 2_ Carriere/Ford - Using existing hydrologic studies, provide an embankment design for the Ford river at Carriere;
St. Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the     Regional Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Construction of Satellite Warehouses Phase 2.
