Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, the Rt. Honourable Dr. Denzil Douglas, will deliver the keynote address and set the tone for the event which will be held at the St. Kitts Marriot Resort.

The Honour was conferred during the closing ceremony of the two-day CARICOM-UNASUR High Level Youth Exchange hosted by Suriname’s President, H.E. Desire Delano Bouterse.

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) President of the Republic of Suriname and Chairman of the Caribbean Community H.E. Desiré Delano Bouterse, last Thursday, officially installed thirty-one youth leaders as CARICOM Youth Ambassadors.

The installation ceremony took place as part of the opening ceremony of the CARICOM-UNASUR High Level Youth Exchange hosted by the President in Paramaribo, Suriname on 14-15 June, 2012.
