The Georgetown Accord, Georgetown, Guyana, April 12, 1973.

Objective

The participating governments have agreed that the Caribbean Community, including the Caribbean Common Market, shall be established on the basis of the Draft Treaty; that the Treaty will be open for signature not later than July 1, 1973.
