The Objective of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals for the provision of and facilitate the selection of a suitable contractor to provide travel management services for the CCREEE as below. –

The travel management services are to be provided in respect of the following_

Mission related regional and international travel for the staff of or consultants working with the CCREEE;
Mission related regional and international travel for other individuals as may from time to time be instructed by the CCREEE.

The overall objective of the Auditor’s engagement is to_
Obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements of the Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE) as a whole are free from material misstatements, whether due to error or fraud, thereby enabling the Auditor to express an opinion on whether the financial statements are prepared in all material respects in accordance with IPSAS;

The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) intends to award a supply contract for Laboratory and Insecticide Resistant Testing (IRT) items in Trinidad and Tobago and four Caribbean countries with financial assistance from the 11^th EDF Programme of Support for Health System Strengthening for prevention and control of outbreaks of Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases in the Caribbean.

The Government of Saint Lucia (GOSL) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in an amount equivalent to US$4,762,000.00 million towards the cost of Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.  Payments by CDB will be made only at the request of GOSL and upon approval by CDB, and will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Financing Agreement.
