EOI - Expression of interest
The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has received financing in the amount of US$6,600,000 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to procure three (3) servers for activities to implement upgraded server capacity including redundant backup server data storage capacity and computer server to facilitate Expanded IT platform to support public health surveillance under this project.
THE PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE EOI
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has receivedfinancing from Government of Italy, toward the cost of the project titled “Cooperation on Climate Change Vulnerability, Adaptation, and Mitigation – Italy Programme of Support to the Caribbean Community Member States” and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a consultant to Design a 200 kWp Photovoltaic System for Carriacou, Grenada.
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has receivedfinancing from Green Climate Fund (GCF), toward the cost of the project titled “Building Capacity for the Regional Approach to Climate Action in the Caribbean_ Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC)” and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a consultant to Revise and Update the Financial & Accounting Policy and Procedure Manual of the CCCCC.
The Caribbean Community Climate Change  Centre (CCCCC) is seeking consulting firms to place on a short-list for the transition of a face to face training program for the Caribbean Climate Online Risk and Adaptation TooL – CCORAL to an interactive virtual /e course.
This consultancy will be funded by the European Union and participation is open to companies that are registered in the European Union and/or African, Caribbean or Pacific (ACP) State.
The CARICOM Development Fund is establishing the Credit Risk Abatement Facility (“CRAF”) to encourage additional lending to small and medium-size entities (“SMEs”) for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. This consultancy envisages the design, development and deployment of a web-based software solution (the “CRAF Portal” or “Portal”) that will facilitate applications for and payment of Credit Risk Instruments, as well as provision of related Technical Assistance to lenders, SMEs and related parties. .
The Caribbean Community (CARIOCM), with financial assistance from 11th European Development Fund, intends to award a service contract for a Consultancy to Prepare Technical Position Paper on CARIFORUM’s Priorities for the Second Five-Year Review of the CARIFORUM-EU EPA in 2020.Â
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows_
CARPHA’s mission is to provide strategic direction, in analysing, defining and responding to public health priorities of Member States in an effort to prevent disease, promote health and respond to public health emergencies. Regional outbreaks over the past decade such as Influenza A H1N1pdm01; Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika and most recently the COVID-19 pandemic, the spread of which was largely influenced by international travel and trade..
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has received financing from the Global Environment Facility-United Nations Environment Programme (GEF-UNEP), toward the cost of the project titled “Energy for Sustainable Development in Caribbean Buildings (ESD) Project” and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a Consultancy for Development of a Manual on Green Buildings Procurement Policies and Procedures for Public Managers.
