The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for a Consultancy for Assessment, Development and Implementation of Laboratory Specimen Transportation Agreements, Policies and Legislation in the OECS.

CONSULTANCY

The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), with funding from the 11th EDF Programme for the Support for Health System Strengthening for prevention and control of outbreaks of Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases in the Caribbean, is seeking to engage a consultant for the implementation of a vector borne disease focused public education campaign in one CARPHA member state.

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) has receivedfinancing from Green Climate Fund (GCF), toward the cost of the project titled Enhancing Saint Lucia’s understanding, capacity, institutional and strategic frameworks to access climate finance for low-emission climate resilient pathways  and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a National Readiness Consultant for coordination of knowledge management, communications, digitization, and stakeholder engagement activities.

The Government of Guyana through the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Inter-American Development Bank recently signed a Loan Agreement for an intervention in the Justice Sector of Guyana. The Support for the Criminal Justice System Program (herein under referred to as “the program”) seeks to address institutional issues which affect Guyana’s criminal justice system. The Program intends to apply part of the proceeds towards consulting services.

The Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) is seeking a consultant for the period March 2021 to April 2021 to document Best Practices of Civil Society Organizations Models of Resource Mobilization in Jamaica and Guyana. The consultant will define, identify and document best practices for resource mobilization for HIV response that are currently in use by CSOs in the two countries. The consultant is also expected to recommend strategies that can be implemented by CSOs to support resource mobilization for HIV and Key Population services.
