The Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) is seeking a consultant for the period March 2021 to April 2021 to document the Impact of COVID-19 on the Continuity of Care for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and on Key Populations (KPs) in the Caribbean.

The consultant will document and highlight how COVID-19 is impacting the delivery of services for PLHIV and KPs in the selected countries. The consultant will also document strategies that have been implemented in countries to mitigate against the impact of COVID-19 on the lives of PLHIV and KPs.

The Consulting Firm is expected to_

The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat intends to award a service contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Provide Assistance to Member States to Harmonise Companies and Insolvency Laws and Instruments for the Mutual Recognition of Companies. The contract will be implemented throughout Member States (subject to COVID 19 restrictions) with an operational base in Georgetown, Guyana, with financial assistance from 11 th European Development Fund.

The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include_

To develop the competency-based Level III CR-FELTP curriculum using a blended modality targeted towards public health care professionals working in the Caribbean Region. The services are expected to take seven (7) months to complete and are scheduled for the year 2021.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the services of a technical expert to support curriculum development and the accreditation process for CR-FELTP courses. The services are expected to take three (3) years to complete and are scheduled for the year 2021.

Supply and installation of hardware, software and initial subscription for the implementation and operationalization of a Digital Forensic Management Platform aimed at building sustainable capacity, technical standards, infrastructure and “Regional and International cooperation collaboration” in Cybersecurity.The acquisition and implementation of the Digital Forensic Management Platform will support region wide initiatives in the prevention, detection, and successful prosecution of cybercrimes.

Project Location

The Governments of Antigua and Barbuda, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines have received financing in the amount of US$10 million equivalent from the World Bank towards the cost of establishing a partial credit guarantee scheme, and they intend to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, and consulting services to be procured under this project.
