The Caribbean Regional Strategic Framework (CRSF) 2014-2018 - the successor to the CRSF 2008-2012 - provides strategic direction and programmatic orientation for the members of PANCAP in their pursuit of universal access to HIV and AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support services by 2018.

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) Haiti’s Minister of Health and Chair of the Executive Board, Honourable Dr. Florence Duperval Guillaume, called on members of the Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) to strengthen coordination efforts and to foster closer integration at all levels. The minister was delivering remarks to the Official Opening of the Nineteenth Meeting of the Executive Board of the Pan Caribbean Partnership (PANCAP) on 5 September, 2012, in Port – au – Prince, Haiti.
(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) As we commence this Nineteenth Ordinary Meeting of the Executive Board in the resilient land of Haiti, I greet you warmly on behalf of the 65 members that comprise the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) established Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP). I wish to join the First Lady of Haiti, Madam Sophia Martelly, in bidding you a warm welcome BIENVENUE!. Indeed, it is a pleasure to have so many of you for the first time in Haiti under the PANCAP umbrella.

This was the key message of Ms. Juliette Bynoe-Sutherland, Director, Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) who was at the time addressing a session on the sustainability of the Caribbean Region’s HIV response at the XII International AIDS Conference (IAC). The IAC is being held from 22-27 July 2012 in Washington, DC, USA.

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) is well poised to undertake UNAIDS’ challenge of “Getting to Zero_ Zero Discrimination, Zero New Infections and Zero AIDS-related deaths.”
In his World AIDS Day 2011 message, The Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis and PANCAP Chair said it was his firm belief that the Caribbean through PANCAP could make the HIV pandemic a “thing of the past.”
(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) in collaboration with the German Technical Cooperation Agency (GIZ), EPOS Health Management (EPOS) and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) will host a Roundtable under the theme “How to Improve Access to HIV Services for Migrants in the Caribbean” at the 2011 Caribbean HIV and AIDS Conference (CHIV) in The Bahamas.
